We recommend that you are ready well in advance of the removal day. Make sure you have kept your passports, tickets, and any other personal documents in your own luggage. Do not let them be loaded onto the van! Make sure you check the relevant legislation concerning pets, plants, alcohol etc. as many countries have import restrictions.

Before the removal van departs, please ensure the driver has a map showing the location of your new home, together with any local landmarks which might be easily identified.

On delivery, the removal team will place your furniture in the rooms for you, but we only unpack if you have purchased a full destination service. We strongly recommend that you unpack straight away, as any claims will have time restriction clauses.
