We had an excellent experience from Metro! From the first contact, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Our house move happened under very tight timelines, with exchange and completion taking place within one week, and they were able to provide a quote and take on the job at very short notice. The team worked hard throughout the move (on a very hot May day), handled everything with care, and made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. They also had a great sense of humour, which really helped keep spirits high on moving day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and accommodating removal company. Thank you for making our move go so smoothly!

Excellent service, all household items handled with care. Change request to store our items dealt with promptly. On delivery day we observed a well known national company empty our new home with the speed of a sloth. However, Metro’s team emptied the lorry in under 3 hours and had all items placed in the right room in our 4 bedroom home. Happy to recommend their services and their very friendly team

From my first contact with your office through to sale completion - your team made it surprisingly so absolutely easy!! My removals required 2 days due to the distance involved. Everything was carefully packed, loaded, delivered and unloaded by very caring, considerate staff who understood not only my requirements but also that I was moving with an elderly cat. They went above and beyond to transform a horrendously stressful time into a really delightful experience. Nothing was damaged and everything placed exactly in the correct places and rooms. What an amazing team - fantastic people, considerate, knowledgeable, truly professional and helpful throughout. Totally, without question I would recommend, in fact highly recommend Metro Removals Ltd and would definitely use again. Thank you soooooo much.

Would really highly recommend Metro removals. Had Steve, Mark and Liam help me move today and they did a great job. Efficient, helpful, very polite & friendly, careful with your things. Metro moved us from Northants to Oxfordshire and were excellent. Initial quote was clear and totally accurate for the number of boxes we needed. And we liked that Lee came to assess in person - many others now do video quotes. Our move included an 8’ snooker table and Lee said they could move this as well, which some others couldn’t. We had a team or 3 - Dean, Mark and Leyton and they were absolutely brilliant. Careful and considerate with our stuff and worked their socks off all day - including lifting and shifting the snooker table. The team were just all so nice too - really personable and professional. Our move was so smooth thanks to Metro and I would totally recommend them and 100% use them again in future.

I found his quote to be very reasonable; with the terms and conditions that were clearly stated. On the day of the move, the team: Dean, Alex, Pez, and Liam, arrived on time and was outstanding in terms of how they worked together to ensure all our furniture were dissembled, assembled, boxes and items were loaded up and off, carefully and safely, especially the Piano! The boys were lovely and trustworthy to move and have in the house! We had 2 days between exchange and completion and I called Metro Removals and Lee came to quote on the house move. Nothing was an issue, they provided an A* move with communication, price was competitive and the move was done with care and consideration on our timings etc. honestly couldn’t recommend a better service although I have not had to do it many times 😀 but would 100% use again. We asked 3 companies to quote for our house move and chose Metro, not just because they had the ‘keenest’ price, but also because of their positive reviews and the professional way our survey was conducted by Lee Paris. The team on day one comprised Steve ( team leader), Dean, Alex, Pez, and Liam, Jacob joined on day two (as Dean was elsewhere). Their care and attention to detail, coupled with their phenomenal work rate, made the job go so smoothly. Day two saw them finish the last vehicle ( already having filled the main, very large one and a smaller one on day one) by just past 10.00 am. At our new house they were so quick to unload all three vehicles and double checking where we wanted everything, yet ultra careful not to damage our new home, that again we were just totally impressed. I just wanted to get in touch to say a huge thank to Metro Removals for moving us from Uppingham to Desborough, with a full day off packing on the Thursday and getting as much in the van as possible, to finishing off on the Friday and moving us into our new home you staff, Dean, Liam, Alex and Pez were extremely helpful, willing to go the extra mile and courteous throughout.
