Metro was able to book us a home move with much uncertainty around a completion date.The team were efficient, friendly, and took incredible care to ensure our belongings were packed well and transported without being damaged.Metro was recommended to us by neighbours and friends, and I can see why. I would have no hesitation recommending them myself.

We used Metro removals as they were recommended to us and they certainly didn’t let us down. We had very short notice between exchange and moving and they guys dealt with it perfectly. Metro came highly recommended by a neighbour who used this company recently. Lee was very professional and swift when he carried out the survey. I found his quote to be very reasonable; with the terms and conditions that were clearly stated.On the day of the move, the team: Dean, Alex, Pez, and Liam, arrived on time and was outstanding in terms of how they worked together to ensure all our furniture were dissembled, assembled, boxes and items were loaded up and off, carefully and safely, especially the Piano! The boys were lovely and trustworthy to move and have in the house! More Importantly, despite being on my own as a woman on the day, I felt safe as they took charge, did their job professionally, respected my belongings and made sure I was stress-free.I cannot praise these men enough; they worked tirelessly throughout the day and were empathetic to ensure I was okay! Thank you boys!!! 🙏🙏🙏I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEE & HIS TEAM!!! Will definitely use them if we ever move again.

We had 2 days between exchange and completion and I called Metro Removals and Lee came to quote on the house move. Nothing was an issue, they provided an A* move with communication, price was competitive and the move was done with care and consideration on our timings etc.honestly couldn’t recommend a better service although I have not had to do it many times 😀 but would 100% use again.Thanks Lee and the Metro Team.

We asked 3 companies to quote for our house move and chose Metro, not just because they had the ‘keenest’ price, but also because of their positive reviews and the professional way our survey was conducted by Lee Paris. The team on day one comprised Steve ( team leader), Dean, Alex, Pez, and Liam, Jacob joined on day two (as Dean was elsewhere). Their care and attention to detail, coupled with their phenomenal work rate, made the job go so smoothly. Day two saw them finish the last vehicle ( already having filled the main, very large one and a smaller one on day one) by just past 10.00 am. At our new house they were so quick to unload all three vehicles and double checking where we wanted everything, yet ultra careful not to damage our new home, that again we were just totally impressed. Thank you very much guys! A job well done! Such a cheerful, polite and positive team! 5*+ service. If we ever move again we will use Metro.

I just wanted to get in touch to say a huge thank to Metro Removals for moving us from Uppingham to Desborough, with a full day off packing on the Thursday and getting as much in the van as possible, to finishing off on the Friday and moving us into our new home you staff, Dean, Liam, Alex and Pez were extremely helpful, willing to go the extra mile and courteous throughout.We haven’t finished unpacking yet, but so far no breakages and suspect there won’t be any. Metro Removals provide the most amazing Service !! From the 1st Contact to the actual move, they did everything they could to help us at a very stressful time. The quote was competitive and they really delivered on the day. Punctual & professional, they loaded with skill & care. Drafting in additional crew on the move day to make the unload even quicker. Whilst we wont be contemplating another house move anytime soon, anyone that is, we highly recommend a call to Metro as your number one choice for removals.

Metro Removals have just moved us from Northamptonshire to France this week and have been efficient and professional throughout. All items packed well and customs inventory completed for us. Metro removals were excellent.We had lots of delays with our exchange ( which apparently is quite normal!). Lee was very reassuring that he would fit us in as soon as we had a date, which he did.We used the packing service which was well worth it. The packers were unobtrusive, quick and excellent, as were the team who moved our belongings into our new house.We paid for the delay insurance, we did not get our keys until 4.30pm ( which would have cost us more had we not taken it)!To be highly recommended

Managed to support my move needs at quite short notice, both for piano moving and a subsequent house move. Following an initial consultation, the team then arrived when expected, on time and were professional from start to finish. Last October we moved to Norfolk and selected Metro Removals as a preferred removal company. This is the second time we have used them after experiencing their unrivalled service back in 2007.Moving in a pandemic was stressful enough but the communication and responsiveness of Lee was great and the price was reasonable (compared to competitors).The team on the day were professional, thorough and hard working and we were up and running to a new adventure.At our new home access was not straight forward but they were brilliantly flexible and again worked hard to move us in without any issues.Would have no hesitation in recommending the team - selecting them a second time tells you everything about their service and I would use them again if I was in that area and moving.

Great guys and very helpful

The company were really patient with the many delays to our moving date. On the day the guys worked so hard to make everything go smoothly. It was a long distance move so they had to sleep in their lorry and unload the next day but their only concern was to make sure we were comfortable. Can't fault them.

We would like to say a great big thank you to Sarah and her great team of young men for stepping in at the last minute to bring the contents of our home all the way to Caister on sea Great Yarmouth on 8th May 2018. The young men were very helpful and were continually laughing and good spirits even though it was late into the evening before they were able to make thier way home.
